5001 Seminar Guidelines

 Course Objectives

  • Specifically designed for the international graduate (MS & PhD) students enrolled in NCTU ECE & CS Colleges.
  • Specifically designed for the international graduate (MS & PhD) students enrolled in NCTU ECE & CS Colleges.
Course Guidelines
  • We will collect at least 10 seminars from NCTU, NTHU that are delivered in English. You are free to attend any of them.
  • These seminars will be given in irregular intervals depending on the visiting periods of our guests.
  • The time and place of these seminars will be sent via email to all students who are enrolled in this course and will also be posted on EECS-IGP website: http://eecsigp.nctu.edu.tw/
Course Evaluation
  • Every enrolled student must submit 8 seminar reports categorized as below:
          a.  6 one- page summary of the seminars shortly after attending the seminars (to be submitted by the Friday of the following week the talk is delivered).
          b. 2 detailed (at least 4 pages) reports on any 2 seminars before the end of the semester.
  • Please submit your report via NCTU E-campus system at http://dcpc.nctu.edu.tw/
